When we are away from our parents, they live with a myriad of worries and difficulties every day. Technology has brought us close but to manage the technology itself is a challenge for them.
Paying bills online and shopping online has made life easier for us, but our parents are not yet equipped with the same. They want to talk to us by video call, but they face difficulty on setting up the application. They need some hardware and accessories, who will help them to select the right one? We gifted them a new laptop, but something is not working on the laptop. As they struggle with getting through this, it impacts their quality of life. It is also a source of major worry for us as children.

Terms & Conditions
- Our support team will confirm the scheduled visit calendar based on the selected plan.
- Rescheduling of visit/call to be informed to our call centre 48 hrs in advance.
- If address is closed during scheduled visit, it will be considered as visit done.
- Backup storage device or cloud space expenses, if any, not included.

- Our infrastructure support team sends you request confirmation with the list of requested services. Once you approve the services, we will send you the invoice. You can pay by your preferred mode of payment.
- We let you/parents know the details about the technician, services, time, etc.
